  • Visited free thanks to the I Amsterdam card this museum is well worth the attention of tourists to this beautiful city. Allows you to fully understand how you can play the daily grind on a home anchored on channels and how to optimize the space available. Honestly I would pay very low cost ticket with pleasure. Not to be missed

  • We wanted to stay on a houseboat and instead, given the difficulty in finding the place at this time, we had to "settle" for a visit to the Museum. Very charming with anxhe a video explaining the philosophy of this lifestyle. Those who don't visit salt on a house boat does not live a part of Amsterdam. Not to be missed!

  • You will hop on a boat and see how is furnished a real home on the water. The visit we loved, I recommend it! You can also see a video that will explain how the Dutch live in boats in different seasons of the year.

  • Interesting and Fun. The entrance is not too expensive (around 4 euros) and the visit takes less than one hour. It is interesting to see how a house-boat looks from inside. It is well kept; useful information and videos are displayed inside.
  • Overrated price, 4.5uero. You see the history of the boat, i wanted to see a "real house boat", its a 5 minut visit. No more.
  • It is a real houseboat which you can visit. You get a sheet that explains the different rooms and functions of the houseboat. It would have been nice to make it a little more interactive. But it is a nice little museum and if you have not much time, you can go there. It just costs 4€ and you will be done withing half an hour.
  • Wow 5 star trip advice recommended
  • It is houseboat which is used to live in before, covered in to the museum.
