GlowGolf Amsterdam, Amsterdam

(3.7/5 based on 340+ reviews on the web)
Experience something new and challenging at GlowGolf Amsterdam, a venue featuring glow-in-the-dark golf. While the activity might sound a bit different, it has proven highly entertaining for many visitors. In the bottom of Noah's Arq, a regular-looking pub, you will find this trippy mini golf course. Play a game and receive a pair of 3-D glasses to wear on the course, which is lit by a black light. The combination makes each target light up and glow in the dark. There are 15 holes, and each gets progressively more challenging. The site offers low-priced drinks as well. • In the basement of an unassuming restaurant, it struck me as the kind of thing a slightly eccentric person (perhaps having partaken in a bit too much of Amsterdam's other delights!) just decided to bu...  more »
  • This is a good laugh, slightly outside the main area but we walked it there from centraal. Friendly staff and the 3D glasses added to the fun of it. Great spot for a drink after also.  more »
  • We booked this, although there's probably no need, especially low-season as it was. We turned up at 11, and they weren't open (may have forgotten to put their clocks forward). We eventually got in abo...  more »

  • I love the dark, I love golf, I also love bright lights. Imagine my surprise then when I'm told there was such a thing as Glow Golf in Amsterdam. I hopped on the first flight I could and boy was I impressed, this had it all, clubs, balls, holes, the full package. Thanks to Barbara for a wonderful time. WILL BE BACK.
  • It sounds like a corny concept but it is genuinely good fun. The venue is under a bar (which I think is run by the same people). It was quite busy when we went but there are enough holes in the venue for it to not be too busy.
  • A little hard to find, we walked past it twice as not really signposted. I went to go into Noahs Ark cafe and noticed the logo on the floor mat in the entrance. (facepalm). All the staff are friendly. My girlfriend and I had a good laugh. The 3D glasses made it very trippy, but I still won. It was well worth the walk over this part of town (approx 30 mins). We'd definitely go again.
  • Crazy golf in the dark with freaky 3D effects. What's not to like? Suggest this one is worth a visit BEFORE you hit the bars, eh? ;)
  • It may appear corny but its allot of fun. I didn't use the 3D glasses much as the glow in the dark paint and neon lighting was enough of an effect for me. Would go again the next time I visit.
