  • Ambiance: Great location. Not only for food friends. You should necessarily even look shops in the clothes. Otherwise typical street food atmosphere with seating. Food: Many great variations on food. For everyone involved. Great bar (munchies) is also the Gin. Great drinks. Staff: it depends on where to order / eat. The staff at the Gin was nice bar. Conclusion: for me a must see in Amsterdam

  • So we got there expecting some kind of a street food market ..... however we found it to be a five star food market a bit on the pricey end. We loved it! We ended up chilling there enjoying the beers ...  more »
  • Great atmosphere at Foodhallen. There is something for everyone here and some really weird and wonderful options (FRIED VEGGIES!) from various stalls! Foodhallen caters for all budgets too.  more »

  • Wide selection of moderately priced bites from around the world. The vibe is always buzzing. But it's sometimes hard to find a place to sit. The location and decor are lovely. The staff working are always friendly and you'll find something to your taste whatever mood you're in for food. Come early to get the best chance at exploring the various options. Most, if not, all take pin as well as cash.
  • One of the best street food halls anywhere. Combining the best street food with a really cool environment. Not for bargain hunters but a great way to spend an afternoon (and some cash). I never miss it during a trip to Amsterdam.
  • Wonderful place, different food stalls. Not especially cheap, but competitive pricing. Can be hard to find a place to sit, but relaxed and congenial atmosphere. Movie theatre and shops around too.
  • good food. sloppy service. crowded and not enough seats. slightly on the expensive side. After 50 minutes we found a seating (sunday night). ordered some food. picked it up and got some drinks. sat down and started eating. then got told to move.. they were closing our seating area. finished rest of the meal standing. 35 Euros worth of consumables eaten standing in a crowd. So totally not worth the visit its ridiculous.
  • Incredible place. Been twice around mid afternoon and it's busy enough to be fun but not absolutely heaving. The food choice is great and we sampled about 9 places and each of them was delicious. I would recommend the vegetable fried spring rolls, the chicken wings and the bacon hotdog. The only downside is that a pint of Heineken is €5.50 which I would describe as a little expensive. Besides that, it is clean, exciting and a great way to spend a couple of hours.
