  • A lovely park that leads out onto a canal with a well maintained canal path. The park is well cared for and has plenty of open space including a lake in the centre. There are also play areas for child...  more »
  • Flevopark is very large and very suitable for a bicycle ride in the Green, away from the crowded and neurotics paths of Amsterdam Centre. Not much to say, because the Park is so wonderful how peaceful; has different shades, such as ponds, canals, leafy boulevards and the sea itself. Almost live there. Represents a different aspect of the Dutch spirit, alternating to the chaos of the soothing silence and solitary. If you get the chance, go for it!

  • This park is a hidden green emerald in the city of Amsterdam. Because it is situated on the east of Amsterdam with only houses on one side and water on the other side, it is much more quiet than any of the other city parks. The huge old Jewish cemetery, which is off-limits for people, gives the park an even more real nature feeling. Rare birds, foxes and an occasional turtle complete the picture. Great for pick-nicking, jogging, or just hanging out. Anyway, you didn't hear it from me. Don't go here! ;-) PS: remember to clean your trash
  • Big relaxed park. Not so busy but quite beautiful.
  • Nice park, feels ropey at night though.
  • I was there with a couple of friends celebrating CLD and it was pretty fun. They park isn't too big and there was some live music playing. I wish the toilet were a little more clean/convenient.
  • The park of the neighbourhood. More space than one would think. Roads for bikes to come in. Parking close by.
