  • We had a little time before you go to the van gogh Museum and it was raining so we tested this museum. In these conditions and if you 10th per person to lose go otherwise flee and go on Wikipedia, type diamond, you will learn so much.

  • Total waste of money. Predominantly replicas and nasty ones at that. Save yourself 10 euros and avoid this rip off.  more »
  • A audiogiuda in Italian to explain the various processes, all the contents of the Museum etc. maybe it would be enough to make the place nice. I'll explain why there was hardly anyone there. Not recommended especially if you pay him. (us with the Amsterdam card was free)

  • What a fabulous place. The history is fascinating and you get to see replica jewellery worn by famous people. Watching a real diamond being cut was very interesting. Fortunately the staff are not pushy about trying to sell you diamond rings, bracelets or necklaces!
  • Actually wish we would have had more time here because it was super interesting and had a lot to offer. My parents blew through it in 20 minutes but we were nearly there for over an hour stopping to read and watch everything. Cheap and right in the middle of everything so I would certainly recommend
  • Interesting experience of the diamond world. Learned a lot. Walked away with my own 0,01 carat brilliant cut diamond for €15. What a souvenir!
  • Tourist trap central. Don't pay for this garbage. Save your money and time.
  • Nice to learn about the diamond processing and shapes. Free to enter, still, too much sales oriented. The good thing is, you can afford some diamants, especially if you had money to come to Amsterdam.
