  • A very nice view that we did't plan to visit. While cruising the canals the tour guide stopped here to enjoy the view. Our cruise tour was a night one so the the view of bridges lights and its reflect...  more »
  • Continue on the bridge, put the bike on the laid back style interesting. Indeed, not long go especially seems unaware.

  • The confluence of multiple channels allows at this location and at certain angle view 15 bridges simultaneously. A beautiful and unique effect.

  • Ate 4-course meal with former-colleague-now-old-friend fellow whom I had not seen in almost 20 years, and Bridges restaurant was perfect for the occasion for several reasons. Exterior and interior are elegant and the place is in Amsterdam not far from central rail station. Valet parked our vehicle because there is no lot. My friend reserved the dinner and it seemed that reservation was either required or highly recommended; we entered at 18:30 Saturday when tables were vacant and left as the place was full of patrons a few hours later. Greet staff and wait staff were super friendly and attractive, and knew all aspects of the menu well, able to answer all questions about the meal ingredients, origin, etc. No tie and jacket required but elegant attire and demeanor are highly recommended, i.e. short sleeves and old sport shoes would probably be inappropriate. Bridges is ideal location for couples dining. I would suggest eating at Bridges with half-full tummy yet empty palette because all dishes we ordered were petite and subtly flavored. Champagne blended with passion fruit was an exotic and tasty introduction to the remainder of a long dining experience. The ambience was never loud and lighting was good throughout the dinner. Elegant and modern Dutch dining not not ideal for a backpacker budget.
  • Every dish is special here. The venue is wonderful. We come here to celebrate special moments.
  • We had a fantastic 3 course diner in the Restaurant Week with an excellent choice of wines. Modern and tasty interior, great service. Recommended
  • Yes, it's expensive. But Bridges has beautiful garden, good food and nice service, we enjoyen the lunch time very much.
  • Loved the ambiance of this iconic hotel and restaurant. The staff is super attentive and nice. The dishes were little pieces of art served with very tasteful wines.
