  • It's a relatively small and old zoo, but the space given to the animals seem adequate and they are expanding, with construction works well underway, so it'll probably improve in the near future. I...

  • Fantastic zoo. Walking through the grounds is pleasant and sets up a lovely mood for the trip. The variety of animals is good and the zoo doesn't smell like a zoo. The staff are friendly and the pathways are clean and tidy. The play area near the giraffes is excellent. Well worth a visit
  • Cute zoo with a large variety of animals to see and some really cool play features like the rocky steps and the waterfall bridge. Definitely a must if you have little ones. Really neat playground area for them near the cafe as well. If you go during a weekday expect to see a couple school trips. It’s fairly large though so there’s room to spread out from the main areas.
  • Excellent place, highly recommend. There is no map guide provided to visitors so you need to save photo of the maps in your phone. I recommend you to come early, there is a lot to see there. The planetarium is amazing, it’s mainly for Dutch speakers but the instructor added little explanations in English once in a while. We enjoyed it very much.
  • Actually the best Zoo I've ever visited! It's pretty expensive but it really worth the price. Outstanding views from every sides of the area, a lot of space for the animals, the flora is impressive and well maintained. For the record, I like to visit the Zoo of every city I go to (mostly in Europe), and by far it's the most beautiful.
  • Really nice place to spend hours. It's not the biggest zoo I have ever seen, however very well used spaces and with healthy and beautiful animals! Pretty good experience! Will come back in the future for sure!
