  • When I lived near this park, I'd gone for a walk in the park every morning. Less people early in the morning makes it more special. Bring your PIN with you and have a cup of coffee at a cafe and relax...  more »

  • Ideal place when you are with young children to combine sitting in a park and they can play on their own. Nice, relaxed atmosphere and clean.
  • Pedestrians only park with various dedicated area. Please come to enjoy the Japan garden, the wooden path onto the wildlife or the french garden. Don't forget to make a stop at the outdoor piano, it will either be some kids discovering as much keys as possible or some virtuose to transport you somewhere else.
  • Really large and diverse park. Lots to do but you can also just chill on the grass if you want.
  • Lovely park! It is not touristic, therefore much less crowded. You will find Dutch families.
  • One of the more interesting parks around town, this one's unanimously known as the perfect place to bring your kids to: IF the train ride and humongous playground are anything to go by. Originally built for the Floriade expo in '72, most of the original attractions remain to this day and the mazes/rhododendron garden are kept in great condition. A number of small and surprising pavilions scattered around make this a less traditional spot for a run, and you're guaranteed to stop and ogle some kangaroos while you're at it
