  • It is no doubt THE reason for a visit to the city of That Phanom. Impossible to miss this fascinating site. We first found out at night in a solemn atmosphere with the singing of the monks in the background. All attendees were there to pray and the place was so sacred that touched us. Change in mood the next day afternoon. The site is invaded of tourists and other vendors at the forefront. It's still beautiful but there is more magic. We will however take the surrounding market. The ideal would definitely go there at night to discover the 2 faces of places.

  • We have been visiting Wat Phra that phanom and worship many times, but this time come to the evening, which is very good. Not many people, cool. Can take time to visit back and forth and worship the Lord Buddha's relics.

  • Peaceful, except for the holidays. Come during the off season and enjoy the atmosphere. After 25 visits, I have noticed that there has never been a bad photo opportunity. All my pictures looked like postcards. The pace has good Karma.
  • Place of worship
