Banyan Tree Spa Phuket, Choeng Thale

We have had the most amazing time here. We stayed in a Signature Pool Villa the room was clean, modern, well equipped, excellent maid, pool and garden service too. The spa was excellent we had Balinese massage came out feeling so relaxed. The grounds and villa are kept immaculate and clean. The hotel made a beautiful chocolate cake for my husband birthday very yummy. Everything was so good all the staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help, they are always smiling. We hope to come back again maybe next year. Thank you Banyan Tree for a fab holiday.

My second stay at Double Pools by Banyan Tree & it has surpassed my memories of my first stay. Food has improved & the signature restaurants wouldn't be out of place anywhere in London. I've stayed at many of the Banyan Tree Resorts around the world & this ranks amongst one of the best. The resort is one of the oldest resorts within the Banyan Tree family & it shows in some areas, however this doesn't detract from the overall experience. I would highly recommend staying at the Double Pools by Banyan Tree.

Our stay at The Banyan Tree has been a delight, we are sorry to leave. Our suite was excellent and the lady who cleaned our room (609) was brilliant. All the staff were very good, attentive and thoughtful. In particular the pool bar staff; Men, O and Tiffy made us very welcome and were great at happy hour. Thank you

A real Thai hospitality with patient, grace and smile. The villa is what I want for my retirement - perfect setting and style. The food at Saffron thai restaurant is made with your detailed requirements in mind. A great stay at a reasonable price. I am making this an annual experience. I had villa 606; a perfect little number for a solo traveller like me who preferred to stay up late and get up late.

This hotel is fantastic, a little different to any hotel we've been to before. All villa rooms and very private. We stayed in one of the Grand Lagoon Villas and this was very private. Huge pool that was warm, as I said, very private so skinny dipping is easily done. Easy to get around as you can get free bikes or buggy collection. We made use of the spa and had some massages, these were up there with the most professional and best I've ever had, link that to the spa surroundings and its well worth a visit. The restaurants were all very, very good. Breakfast has a fantastic view to go with it. I think the only thing I would say about the breakfast is that the bacon needs to be better and some things like eggs, sausages and hash browns need to be available and not on request. The location of the hotel is perfect, a two minute taxi ride gets you into the restaurant and shopping area, which due to it being next to money residences, is very nice and caters to tourists and expats well. All the staff were a credit to the hotel, we were made to feel welcome at all times and no request was too much. I can definitely recommend this hotel, so much so that it will probably be on the visit list in January 2023
