  • In connection with James Bond boat trip to Iceland, we visited Lod Cave in the canoe, it was a nice trip, we sailed in a canoe into the beach and then went into the cave, some places with water to the knees. When we got into the cave, there was no water anymore, you could see how high the water stands at high tide, very exciting to see.

  • This is the second time we come to visit these caves, unfortunately being the rainy season we didn't get to do the boat tour to enter inside the River (if you can make it know that you bathe a little because you're on a bamboo raft that sitting sinks a bit in the water). The cave is very beautiful especially when illuminated by the lantern of the Guide (1 guide every 3 people because otherwise would fail to illuminate the path inside the cave that is in the pitch black). Before entering you can feed the fish buying feed at the entrance for 50 baht. We came by car from Soppong where we stayed at little Eden, the street when it rains a lot in some places becomes a river of mud, but with a bit of yourself and making sure you can achieve by going slowly. In front of the entrance there are a few restaurants to eat or drink

  • We had already read in advance that in the rainy season but 1 space was open. There we had already stuck on prepared. For 75 Bath pp. we got a guide with a lamp. This guide, however, went on a train trip through the cave. On some pieces I had to run to the pace to keep up. Our guide also spoke not a word of English, we could ask her thereby nothing because she understood us. They only knew the English name of what animals where certain stalactites on whitening to look like. Certainly no fine for us tour. We strongly encourage people not to do this in the rainy season.
