Railay Beach, Railay Beach

(3.7/5 based on 3,400+ reviews on the web)
Take a dip into the calm waters at Railay Beach, an isolated strip of sand accessible only by boat. The beach especially attracts rock climbers eager to tackle the limestone cliffs that frame it, with some 700 climbing trails in the surrounding area. Whether or not you scramble up the cliff face you'll enjoy the spot's relaxed atmosphere, clean sand, and clear waters. Onsite restaurants and other amenities cater to a wide range of tastes. The impressive cliffs of the coast provide excellent photo opportunities, and the isolated nature of the beach means you get unimpeded shots of some of Thailand's best coastal landscape. Before you head to Krabi Town, plan trip itinerary details with our user-friendly Krabi Town vacation trip planner, to make sure you see all that Krabi Town has to offer, including Railay Beach.

  • The landscapes are beautiful. But mass tourism just ruin everything! No limitation is imposed it there ' so long boat coming in non-stop on the beach, with black smoke and noise of Clipper as a bonus. Difficult to find the peace and quiet! We were very disappointed!

  • Beautiful beach whose ride requires output from Ao Nang. Worth visiting by the beauty of the beach and walk down there. Pay attention only to the boat schedules and possible delays in departure/back due to the level of waves. Nominate to visit.
