Railay Beach, Railay Beach
(3.7/5 based on 3,200+ reviews on the web)
Take a dip into the calm waters at Railay Beach, an isolated strip of sand accessible only by boat. The beach especially attracts rock climbers eager to tackle the limestone cliffs that frame it, with some 700 climbing trails in the surrounding area. Whether or not you scramble up the cliff face you'll enjoy the spot's relaxed atmosphere, clean sand, and clear waters. Onsite restaurants and other amenities cater to a wide range of tastes. The impressive cliffs of the coast provide excellent photo opportunities, and the isolated nature of the beach means you get unimpeded shots of some of Thailand's best coastal landscape. Before you head to Krabi Town, plan trip itinerary details with our user-friendly Krabi Town vacation trip planner, to make sure you see all that Krabi Town has to offer, including Railay Beach.

  • Surrounded by unusual rock formations are spectacular. Day-trippers come by boat during the day are more crowded, now clean and the sea is not. Only guests, quiet night. New year's Eve and the gala party events, each Beach hotel is a very lively, but with good crowds at night at 2 o'clock quietly now. Enjoyed the atmosphere in each hotel of fireworks and music celebrating the new year.
