  • We have booked a 4-hour Phuket about Viator tour for "New" and were driven to the conclusion to the gems Gallery. Where do you get stuck on a number and goes first with a kind of ghost train, to learn something about the history of precious stones (even in German). Then came a German speaking Lady and showed us a show factory in which the stones are processed for jewelry. After running in the salesroom, where the poor woman tried to sell us something. She has also quickly noted that no business is to make us, and left us alone. The tour can do, but one does not have.

  • Straight up. . 1 carat single diamond solitaire ring in yellow gold, purchased in Australia. .rated at I LVL quality diamond was 3 times dearer here! Yes both same quality gold with cert of authenticity. . Sales Lady followed within inches. . Pushing to purchase. Disappointing. .
  • My family purchased me a silver bracelet with three rows of cubic zirconia stones for me to wear at my beach wedding at Phuket, we paid 5,400 Baht, I wore it to the wedding and it broke sometime during having our photos taken, I noticed it missing returning back to our hotel, it had been worn for no more than an hour, very poor quality workmanship.
  • It is a typical coffee travel experience. Mostly only tours or guided groups come here. I was curious and went without guide there, alone. The gems are real but I think too expensive. Presumable as a lot of people have to be paid for the customer to arrive. Anyway they have a great collection of items, so if you like a piece take it. But don't think it is killing. It is not.
  • I went there on my cruise, I wanted to buy something 100% natural and non-treated stones. I asked the salesperson whether my ruby ring is natural and non-treated, he confirmed very confidently. After I came back to Australia, I went to 3 different Jewellery shops and one valuer, they all said it's lab created stone and they are not natural. The price is only worth 1/10 of what I paid for! (not mentioning the sales person showed me wrong converted price). I called and emailed them to ask for refund. 2 managers said I can have refund if I bring the ring back personally, I was planning to do that and ask for an email confirmation, then I had an email saying they won't refund. I called again and talked to another manager, he asked me to get a certificate to prove if it's not natural then they will refund, I asked for an email confirmation again as I don't want to pay all that money if they won't refund. Then this time I got transferred to the "big boss" that I have to obtain a certificate to say it not fake rub and I have to go Thailand and having a meeting to prove that salesperson actually said the stone is natural, and my husband is not qualify to be a witness! You think the salesperson dares to say that he confirmed it was a natural stone on the day? They are just irresponsible people and treated their customers like stupid people. The whole thing is a scam and they dare to do this as we are tourist and cannot do much. Please don't get cheated by them. It is just another scam in Thailand. I trusted them as I thought they are a big company and won't cheat tourist, but I was totally wrong.
  • The only fun part was the little ride in the beginning, then we met our little parrot, aka the sales person. Our parrot was hovering around none stop until we got into our taxi, for a second I thought she was coming home with us. Very aggressive sales tactics which did not appeal to me. If you want to buy jewellery then maybe you will enjoy it, but read the other reviews.
