  • In a previous trip, coincidentally, we had discovered the location of the main wat devoted to a zodiac sign (Chinese), and then, on the first occasion I visited the one dedicated to the Tiger (my Chinese sign zodiacle, although I do not believe in astrology). Built in the time of the Sukhothai Kingdom, 1200/1300 Abt, Wat Phra That Cho Hae is an important religious complex and the most sacred place of Buddhism in Phrae province. Here, if you want to see Tigers, you are right, around every corner just Tigers and ... Brindle.

  • After a hundred steps, you reach the temple which seems to be an important place of prayers. Decoration quite flashy but together friendly.

  • We recommend to come here for a visit. A hundred steps to go up. You will see architecture of North style. We came here for a wish and were not disappointed.  more »
