Where to stay in Phrae

There are a number of excellent budget-friendly to luxury options available in Phrae. Head near the bus station for a couple of well-equipped, slightly pricier hotels that offer cable TV, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom facilities. Alternatively, traveling backpackers on a budget flock to the heart of Phrae, where there are a number of rooms close to the night market. The accommodations here are spaced apart and require a lot of walking. Book your rooms ahead of time to avoid a lot of traveling back and forth.

  • Pleasant walk to view these rock formations created by the wind and rain. Nothing exceptional but a place to stop on long journey from Nan to Sukhothai.  more »
