Where to stay in Phrae

There are a number of excellent budget-friendly to luxury options available in Phrae. Head near the bus station for a couple of well-equipped, slightly pricier hotels that offer cable TV, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom facilities. Alternatively, traveling backpackers on a budget flock to the heart of Phrae, where there are a number of rooms close to the night market. The accommodations here are spaced apart and require a lot of walking. Book your rooms ahead of time to avoid a lot of traveling back and forth.
