  • Worth a visit only if it is in the direct vicinity and like monkeys. We were only about 10 minutes. For 20 baht entry, you can see mainly the monkeys and feed (you can buy peanuts at the entrance for more 20 baht). You are super naughty and argue loudly to the lining of the tourists. The entire site has a very strange and leave. The Palace at the entrance looks outwardly very gorgeous and new, seems to be in there yet but for years. Not even there a right way there. In the rear, there is a cave with mountains of rubbish and a Buddha inside. All very dilapidated and not really nice. There is still the possibility to climb very steep steps along the rock high, since these looked but also very dilapidated we are not as high. Abandoned and derelict buildings on the whole site and you don't know what there is to do. Is really not a watchable Temple and is suitable mainly for people who would like to see monkeys and feed them out of hand.

  • Far from the bus stop on the main road towards Sukothani is located the small Wat. Here is also a hell Temple can be seen on the ground floor. Other caves can be reached on very steep metal staircase.

  • This place is also known as the monkey temple. It's a must visit place if you're an animal lover. Monkeys are friendly and gentle. There's also a cave near the temple, which is kind of ruined, but it's worth explored.
  • Wat Tham Panturat features a statue of the ogre panturat. Locals believe that this ogre stayed in the cave that became wat tham (lit. cave) panthurat and was mainly after young men. The entrance of the cave feat. Also a statue of the so called 'monday buddha' that can be found very often at the entrance of a temple. Recently there is some construction work as a new ubosoth is being built.
  • Beautiful and peaceful.
  • Nice temple in a cave and a lot of friendly monkeys. They are very patient and you can feed them.
  • Love it!
