Dive, hike, or just relax at Similan Islands, protected as a national park since 1982. The largely untouched natural wonder encompasses an archipelago of nine separate isles and draws nature lovers and adventurous souls from around the world. The endangered coral and plentiful sea life, experiencing recovery after decades of fishing bans, remain hugely appealing for snorkelers interested in observing life in its many wondrous forms. • went diving there last Christmas , the water was crystal clear. Spotted a few manta rays and the experience was just unforgettable. One of the best dives in my life.
  • As you've read here before, the Similan Islands are crowded but unfortunately very a beautiful piece of nature in the high season and low season generally closed. We took a day trip and this was a pure Massenabfertigung.Solche in Thailand, you get anyway, often offered at least in this area (James Bond Iceland, ...usw =)). Our tour was pretty adventurous for the part and also from the Sun not without. A good sunscreen is recommended, because you spend much time in the direct sun anyway. Children (under 10 years of age) and older term were not necessarily to be envied. When you can live it but this one is paradise with estimated 500(!?) share other tourists may / must be, it is but a super experience and the Similan Islands are really fantastically beautiful. Evaluation refers to the 4 points but only the Similans and the nature.
