  • located between the beach and second road best is that it is cool when you enter. Sizzler is drawn from the top floor in the premises of the former Mc Donald and is left to find upon entering from the Beach Road. Some stores have moved away and should be noted that the much larger shopping center Center Festival is the Royal Plaza very general. The remaining shops have a very very high price level and are poorly-frequented. The food wave at the top is still most likely with visitors spoiled but no longer so as in the previous years. The absence of the Russians and other tourists here very much noticeable. Hard to believe that this still will pay off over the longer term unless a miracle happens.

  • Good shops. Bargain shops are located on the ground floor. The food court on the top floor has nice views of the beach. Great place to have dinner.
  • Burger King, MacDonald and KFC all at one place. Good place to find vide variety of food and shopping both. Good views of sea. Very lively at night times. Upper floor have many entertaining games and Ripley's believe it or not museum. Nice place.
  • The Price is not nice The Royal Garden was a nice place to spend the time some years ago. The Restaurants had more choice and were cheaper (also the shops) Ripley's Museum, the cinemas and the fun stuff in the second floor is the only reason for me to Come.
  • Average mall containing things you’ll find in most malls like food, shopping, ice cream, etc. Not bad at all, but not special. The only special thing they have on the upper floor is the Ripley’s attractions such as the Haunted adventure and the Believe it or not Museum (and other attractions). So if you are ever at this mall, be sure to check out the upper floor.
  • Very nice mall at beach road. Especially the international food court at the top floor including Indian, Chinese, Italian, American, Thai and many more is really good.
