  • There are some shops and some bars here, but it was not crowded enough as we expected as a market. We walked around there for about an hour and came back.  more »

  • More shops at night. During the day there is a few shops and they are very similar. A lot of shop Cellars will try and bring you into their stores. They will tell you it's their first sale of the day and they will give you a good price. I don't think the prices with that good at all. If you go in the morning it's not too bad but by about mid day it is hot and all you want to do is seek refuge in the air conditioning.
  • Only walkin bars , not good for shopping rates are higher., Most of the shopper vendors are indian and Nepalis ,
  • this place must on your initery trip when you visit phuket island
  • The market itself has lost a lot of its appeal especially since the new Malin Market opened a few hundred meters further down the road
  • Great place for shopping and nightlife. The locals are very nice.
