Mor Paeng Waterfall, Pai

(2.9/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web)
The scenic hike to Mor Paeng Waterfall and the panoramic view from the height of the rock make this a rewarding attraction from start to finish. Take the easy walking trail through lush forestry to the fall. The water rushes down a crevice in the gently sloping rock face, creating a shallow swimming pool below. Bring your bathing suit to dip into the cool waters, or picnic on the rocks while taking in some of the sun's rays. Note that the highly popular waterfall tends to get crowded as the day goes on. Put Mor Paeng Waterfall on your schedule, and learn what else deserves a visit by using our Pai vacation generator.

  • Came here during the dry season so there was only a trickle of water flowing down. Area is pretty, though, but not enough to drive specifically to see this.
  • We only stayed here for a bit and didn't swim, but I would have if we had more time. There are Little Rock pools at the bottom of each mini waterfall to swim in. There were loads of people just chilli...  more »
  • The nice thing is the path to the waterfall, we did cycling, not very complicated but with some slopes and well worth. In addition bicycle you take wishing to bathe. In November they had plenty of water, so that wasn't a problem. It is not the prettiest but if easy to reach

  • Bit of a drive out for a simple waterfall. You can slide off the falls into some shallow water but there is almost nothing else to see. Would suggest another great waterfall in the area or some of the hot springs
  • Good drive out waterfall was difficult to climb up to see all of it didn't get to swim as weather was grim but all in all a nice place and definitely worth a visit on a sunny day
  • The pools of the waterfall are really nice to sit in on a hot day. For us the drive to them was the best about them though.
  • Nice waterfall, clear water, easy to get there.
  • Not a particularly spectacular waterfall but a good place to relax for a couple of hours and within easy motorbiking distance from downtown Pai.
