  • large beautiful park area with many paths and lakes. it can get crowded late afternoon on weekend but usually very quiet
  • Great road condition for biking, 1 round is about 6km. Very busy in the evening of weekend. Alot of reckless drivers will come out, cyclists should avoid that period.
  • Very beautiful and well kept area. Planted some trees here with Mahidol International College.

Where to stay in Nakhon Pathom

A Nakhon Pathom trip is easily completed in a day from Bangkok, but tourists wishing to stay overnight can find accommodations at outdated but comfortable hotels. As in most large cities, prices vary for rooms ranging from backpacker-friendly to upscale. Aim for a hotel near bus stations serving Bangkok if you plan to travel, or near a night market if you want easy access to dining and shopping. Always choose a room away from the street, as the busy city tends to make a lot of noise in the morning and at night.
