Phra Pathom Chedi School, Nakhon Pathom

(4.5/5 based on 240+ reviews on the web)
Visit the largest pagoda in Thailand at Phra Pathom Chedi School, a temple first established in the 6th century that now houses historical relics and the remains of renowned Thai figures. When you go, look for the image of Buddha bestowing pardon. King Rama VI's relics are kept at the bottom of this statue. The attraction's stupa, a mound-like structure used for meditation, is the tallest in the world. If you get hungry, look for food stalls that line the street leading to the attraction.
  • Worth the visit during the night time. The pagoda light up with awesome view. The temple is also good for praying. The location is a must visit after Kanchanaburi. The place is about 1hr away.
  • Which is probably a road 4 thank you. Because of the circular will find any more than a door (which, actually, it has several gates) Measure very large parking galore convenient if the temple is quite unlikely to be the work of traffic congestion is the same. Just because people are still relatively simple day lot. To evening review would not be up to the top just below the better Obon j day near dusk, it's beautiful, isn't it?. the beauty of the lights at night instead.
