  • A very new temple with a reclining Buddha made of white Italian marble. Costs matter. Supposedly funded by a single man. Clothes right for men and women. Without admission. Very well located and very clean and tidy. The old WAT bears the same name.

  • Temple perched on top of the mountain which gives an overview of the entire region. The temple is beautiful with its huge Buddha lying in white marble. Although this represents a journey of close to 3 h of Udon Thani is a very friendly visit.

  • A very beautiful temple. God eat a large bedroom but the elements created elaborate. We're going to travel with the tour. Buses must park below, and then per pickup. At one point, Pagoda Temple, one point up. A lot of people, but a very good officers are organized. Great value from a busy bus 20 baht, pay a coupon to pickup just first steps only. Any point we will ask just the position up, down, they wait for the bus? There is a chance, you should go back to wandering like ^ ^ Seba.

  • “A Beautiful Marble Reclining Buddha” Hi-light: A large marble reclining Buddha image is the main attraction of the temple. Just take time to sit down quietly in the main hall looking at his face for a while, you will discover something deeply in your mind. Regulation: All are well organized included parking and offering materials. All visitors are asked to dress properly in the temple, there are free clothes for those who need to change at the base before climbing the steps up to the main hall. Location: *** I'm not sure about public transport accessibility. Most of the people come here by tourist bus, van, private car or motorcycle, 2 hours drive from Udonthani city center. The road condition is quite good included up and down-hill routes. Universal design: ***** Very well-designed for elderly and wheel-chair people with wide convenient ramp from the base to the hill top and all facilities included toilets. There is also special ramp (but rather steep) to enter the main hall on the right hand side of the temple, just ask the officer to show you the way. Cleanness: **** Most of the area are well kept clean.
  • This is the nicest temple in the northern Thailand. The drive up to the temple was fine. A few bridges are under construction but passable. The view from the temple is wonderful. We went on a week day and the crowds were minimal. The food at the roadside as you get close are fine for all to eat. One warning wear the correct temple attire. No shorts above the knees, no sleeveless shirts, lady's no holes or torn jeans. If you do they have covering clothing. And you will have to wear them. It's a long way to go to disrespect thai culture.
  • Beautiful. Out of the way. Not tons of Travelers. The Buddha inside its stunning.
  • Perhaps the most beautiful Buddhist temple I have ever visited.
  • Stunnning Blue Roof temple at the mountain top. There is a very big marble reclining Buddha inside the temple. Worth the visit
