(4.7/5 based on a few reviews on the web)

  • I must say that I was possitivt surprised by Wat Samret. A very peaceful place to just wander around. There is a almost a little mysterious room filled with buddha statues, the largest of which with their 3 line is rumored to be purchased from India. The area has a the highest and oldest tree on all Koh Samui, it is over 30 meters high and over 500 years old. Well worth a visit!

  • The temple where there is nobody. Met one monk. Very surprised and amazed exhibited in one of the rooms sitting monk. It was a complete sense that he just miditiruet and may, at any time, get up and go. Made as lively, surprisingly, at that temperature, nothing happens. A fascinating spectacle)
