  • Who wants to calmness of nature's perfection, Crystal Mae Wang river rafting. Meet you, of course. We went for the first time and then don't leave your impression back in Loei.

  • We have fun every time you water. Food is not expensive raft of one beam seating for four to five people. The price per canoe for about 300-350 baht, but stores must go on regular days. If public holidays will be a lot of people.

  • I went on a quick bamboo raft tour, hiked through a mountain village and swam at two waterfalls. The bamboo raft tour was fun and I was even allowed to steer the raft for a portion of the river. The water in the portion of the river I was in was very low so even when going through the rapids I never in water more than a foot or two deep. Walking through the mountain village was interesting as I got to see how people loved but there were lots of pigs tied to posts under the houses and they looked miserable and appeared scared of humans. The hike was really nice and somewhat challenging. The path at some points is very thin and to one side it's just a drop. Wear good shoes and pay attention to where you are stepping. The waterfalls are small but pretty and offer little pools to swim in. Overall a good experience.
  • Did a 2 day 1 night home stay in the area and it was tons of fun and very insightful. While not the most scenic trek at times, it was cool to see the scenery change throughout the sections. The couple waterfalls we saw were pretty nice even though it was a bit dry. Overall really fun hike as well, different terrain and it can get pretty slippery with the dry leafs so heads up.
  • Interesting rock formations. Being able to show a Thai driving license will reward you with the local entry price.
