  • An interesting temple in Lop Buri. Best temples exist in other areas, but if you go through the area is recommended near the Temple of the monkeys,

  • Khmer ruins right across from the railway station in this interesting little town north of Bangkok en route to Chiang Mai. The Khmer influence here is evident from the proximity to Cambodia next door ...  more »
  • Nice and slightly older than the other temple options. Worth having a local for a bit of history (12-13th C). Pretty well restored and inexpensive to visit.  more »

  • Because this is so close to the monkey roamed monuments, no turists vist it. But it's actually in a good state and it offers the chance for nice pitures.
  • Explore ancient temples freely without any tourists!! Small, but great, place to enjoy a peaceful nap.
  • A beautiful place especially to take photo. Easily accessible via Lopburi Train Station
