  • A place of horror for elephants. Abused. Having to discuss tricks for the tourists. Mahouts will bullhooks beat the elephants when not performing immediately.  more »

  • Great place to get a glimce of what elephants can do. Very nice place with kids. There is also a ride on elephants and the 10 minutes ride is enough. There is also an elephant hospital where the elephants are kept and fed during the day before going back to the forest in the late afternoon. Sometimes the vet goes to the forest to cure elephants if they cannot move Price of each activity is very reasonable once you know how much food one elephant needs per day.
  • This elephant center is fascinating. They take care of elephants excellent. I felt that those elephants were jubilant during my visit. The show is fun and interesting. You should arrive there before 1pm to watch the show from the beginning. However, the programs between weekdays and weekends are a bit different.
  • Great show and the elephants are beautiful and so smart and talented. It definitely is a show though and if you aren't looking for a performance then I would find another conservation center.
  • This was an unexpected but fantastic visit to the Elephant Sanctuary. For 225B per Adult and 150B for child we got a ride in a shuttle to watch 15min of the Elephants bathing/swimming in the river, followed by a 30min show which was very informative. It included a visit to the Elephant Hospital and Nursery (but that was closed).
  • This was perfect. No over the top stunts or tricks. It showed a small clip of what the elephant did to help the people of Thailand to move logs and so forth. Very educational and you could definitely tell the elephants were happy. Woukd recommend every body go for a look or even a ride.
