Ko Panyi (also known as Koh Panyee) (Thai: เกาะปันหยี) is a fishing village in Phang Nga Province, Thailand, notable for being built on stilts by Malay fishermen. The population consists of 360 families or 1,685 people descended from two seafaring Muslim families from Java.

  • Stay away. Its Not Worth at all. If you have small Kids a wife or a Girlfriend Take an extra Look in them. My GF got attacked because she didnt wear hijab and got some Tattoos. Just dont Go there.  more »

  • This is one fascinating place. Do NOT go off on your own to take pics of the red kites (bird variety) like I did because, like me, you WILL get lost! A proverbial warren on water.  more »
