Secret Buddha Garden, Ko Samui

Set atop one of the island's highest peaks, Secret Buddha Garden reveals a private sculpture collection in the middle of the jungle. Started in 1976 by a 77-year-old retired fruit farmer, the garden displays statues of animals, deities, and humans. Look carefully to find figures of Buddha, musicians, and the artist and his father holding hands. When you see a group of angel sculptures, you'll know the founder's tomb is nearby. Wear comfortable shoes when you go, as the attraction requires climbing many steep paths and steps. • With some searching, we have found the magic garden. His name is also tanim magic garden. The place is really great. Anywhere interesting characters and intriguing landscape designs. Heat toll, because here plenty of shade. It's worth the trip. In the low season, we had the place to ourselves. Still falls are on the line, so you can plan a good overall trip. I can't recommend.

  • Rode in the gardens we through the jungle while enjoying insane views from a bird's-eye view. Along the way we stopped to standing Buddha. Perhaps, then, the gardens generally faded in our eyes. But judging by the nedumennym views of tourists not only from us. How it works: you buy a ticket, you go down down (30 seconds), there's a small piglet, stone sculptures and "decorative" waterfall. And on the faces of the dumb question: is that all?

  • The attraction of highly rated, however, turned out to be one big disappointment. River and around her with random cast that reinforced concrete figurines of people and turtles. It is neither ancient nor old. All artificially created for gullible tourists which they import fish stocks there. Entrance paid 80 baht. It is not worth wasting time ...

  • 80baht for an entrance fee, it was worth it for me personally! The vibes that the garden gave you is something i have never experienced before. The only downside was the mosquitos, but other than that, great experience, worth the money and trip!
  • just like its name ... secretly located up in the hill ... jusr ensure you're there before dark ...😊
  • All structures are made from concrete and in bad shape. They charge a fee to enter. It is a cool water stream there.
  • 80B are a bit too much for this little garden. Maybe go here when nearby anyway. We first wanted to go here but then ended up at a restaurant with amazing views across the island. Hint: Maybe the door is still open when its darker after closing hours (6pm).
  • A beautiful tranquil place to visit. Doesn't take long to see it all, but worth seeing. The drive to it is just as nice.
