Phra Phutthabat Chamlong Khao Hua Chuk, Ko Samui

(4.8/5 based on 25 reviews on the web)
Visit the small hilltop temple of Phra Phutthabat Chamlong Khao Hua Chuk and enjoy a sweeping view over Chaweng Lake and the beachfront. From the exterior, note how the decoration adorning the temple's windows complement the otherwise simple design. Take a moment to appreciate the aesthetic beauty, and contemplate the site's significance in Thai culture and Buddhism. (Your contemplation will likely be punctuated by a few planes landing and taking off from the nearby airport.) To get to the site, you'll want to rent a motorbike or car, as it's a long way on foot. • A very good vantage point. Overlooking the clear, nothing obscure Beautiful views as well. On one side are the views of the airport the plane up and down. One side is the sea and island views. To feel quite dangerous because of the steep peaks but scarier than down car to somersault down fear. Plus free entrance also meets the road immediately towards other people, feared crashed the car with. Who was driving, be careful.

  • Climb here very hard, hot, have frequent stops. But when you find yourself at the top, simply breathtaking from the stunning appearance!

  • As he is not far from the airport. He has a CAP and worship Buddha's footprint, along with watching the plane up and down at the airport clearly.

  • Always under construction. Still a nice view.
  • From the observation deck of the pagoda is an excellent view of the runway Samui Airport (great place to spottinga). And clearly the best lake views of Chaweng and Chaweng himself in General. The first level is the Hall for prayers. Inside it are several Buddha statues and relic imprinted footprint of Buddha (Buddha's Footprint). The pagoda itself and an observation platform on the second level. Inside the pagoda is another Buddha statue behind a glass showcase. At the end of 2015 onwards began the reconstruction of the pagoda.

  • The place will want to come again. For me is a measure of the quality of the emotion that you get from the attractions. Great views of Chaweng, Chaweng Lake, bang Rak, Plai Lam, Samui airport, mangrove Creek Bang cancer, Phangan, in short-when the weather is clear you can permanently remain pressed with fotikom and a video camera. This is one of the best viewpoints for shooting planes. "One", but there are better:) of course. And yet, below, is an institution of the Q-Bar. Not far from here there are a number of unpopular, but damn interesting places Islands that are not listed on Google maps, but I raboatû on it) unfortunately not all points are taken by team guglokarty. Find out about these places can be me) live and work on Koh Samui.

  • A sightseeing tip to a really pretty small temple complex and super views of Samui to see's airport to get. According to the Guide on the most viewed (right at the start and at the landing to the island directly in the views) and the least visited temples on Samui.
