  • First I'll start with the journey: Easy to find, kind of tough to get there. Just take the shortcut from Lamai <-> Mae Nam. The street is good, but has quite some ups and downs. The real test for your...  more »
  • We wanted to with the roller of Maenam to Lamai as 10 minutes from Maenam away stood a sign with "Waterfall" on the side of the road. Then, a sand/gravel road led again 10 minutes on a hill called Khun SI viewpoint. From there it went to walk downhill, across a field, then in the forest. Finally, it was getting steeper and rockier. We were what made no easier way with flip-flops. I suggest therefore rather sturdy shoes. When we arrived at the waterfall we were surprised that it is so beautiful. You could go swimming there relaxed. No mess, no animals or similar in the water. A correct cooling. So remember bathing suit and take something to drink! ;)

  • The easiest way to the waterfall is 5 of Mae Nam Mae Nam Road. It boots up it. The waterfall is signposted by this page. It takes about 10 minutes from Mae Nam with the scooter. Pretty steep path. The waterfall itself a dream and also the views of the Bay of Bohput and Mae Nam is fantastic.

  • Amazing waterfall, cool to see a waterfall from the top, a different perspective as most times you see it at the bottom. The view is the best viewpoint along the whole middle road trail. The road to get to this waterfall however is a bit of a 4by, not recommended for new scooter drivers.
  • Fun drive into gorgeous mountains. Am I still on the same island? Best of all you won't see many other pesky tourists here.
  • Not as nice as Hin Lat waterfalls, but an adventure to drive to. Only a short but steep walk of 5 minutes required.
  • Keep in mind: no recent rain - no waterfall
