Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, Ko Samui

(2.7/5 based on 2,600+ reviews on the web)
Have a chuckle at Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks, two rather adult rock formations set just back from the coastline in Koh Samui. Said to look like the genitalia of a man and a woman (something it is pretty hard to argue with) the two natural sculptures have become one of the cheekier, more light-hearted places to visit in the area. Set in an impressive coastal location, the formations are a popular stop with many tour groups, and vendors on site provide a little post-viewing refreshment. Put Hin Ta & Hin Yai Rocks and other Maret attractions into our Maret vacation generator, and watch your holiday take shape.

  • The narrow entrance is very rarely tourists, parking lot. Here, because the sea air, snap photos, Hin Ta Hin Yai, it was rarely looked out how much that one stone eye which Hin Yai, but cool good sightseeing, entertainment, the sound of waves.

  • Not so interesting to me, but the scenery is nice and the coconut ice cream is delicious. Worth 30 minutes if you're renting a bike for the day.
  • A few large stones on the water with avoidable shops and eateries. If you still want a tour does than nice to this.

  • It is an interesting site to visit. It is easy to miss as the entrance is hidden a bit on the main road. Some interesting shops selling interesting things. I bought some coconut icecream that was good. It is a place to see for sure.
  • Nothing special, could see similar stuff all around the world. Make sure you try the Coconut Caramel!
  • Was a beautiful spot to visit, what most people miss is the Lamai viewpoint, when coming back from the rocks viewpoint go to your right, it cost 10 baht, but climb up to the top and enjoy the splendid view of Lamai beach. There were bus loads of people touring and only us and another couple came up to the viewpoint. If you drive all the way down the road, parking is 10 baht.
  • HOT & FUNNY worth a poke
  • Pretty much a waste of time. But nice rock
