  • Visited the falls today as part of a cab trip around the island. The site is mainly geared towards getting people to take either a 4x4 trip to the falls or an elephant ride. We wanted neither. The wal...  more »
  • The waterfall flows down in the rain forest. The way in which the area is upgraded provides some settings to a stage ladder up the hill. During the rainy season (from July to December), the waterfall is more active. In the peak season, water flow is reduced, but the cool of this place is still enjoying. Already on the first level, you can sit in the shadow and view the waterfall. On the second floor, some stairs, you can find a good place to adjust the table and the river beside the long stool. It's a pleasant and less risky way to discover the rainforest, a beautiful and preserved place, on the hill and down the path. We enjoy this trip.

  • We had no idea when we set off to the waterfall just how long it would take to walk to the top. Its about an hour and it's not easy walking. However, it is worth the hike, the water is refreshing and ...  more »

  • A nice area, but as with any water fall the amount of water depends on the seasonal rains, although there is usual water in the lower pool. At the start of this area, there is a large pool, which is very popular for swimming, the locals find it a very good spot especially during hot weather, particularly on week ends and public holidays. It's a shaded area with lots of beautiful trees. One can clamber up a far way, if water levels are low to see the waterfalls. There is also a path on the left side that goes up to the top. enter by going past the Temple. Several restaurants in the lower area all good. There is free parking on the street. One could spend one to three hours here, depending on conditions. Decent shoes recommended if clambering up to the top area it could be a challenge for some people. (not good for young kids to go up, except possible the foot path to the left.) The Temple is quite nice too.
  • Awesome hike that ends with a refreshing swim at the end. Easy enough to complete with an average level of fitness but still provides a bit of a workout. Some beautiful nature aro7nd
  • Amazing this is the only waterfall on the island that had free parking. At the base of the falls there is a nice little Buddhist temple and a section that you can swim in, if you don't mind swimming with the large fish in that area. There is another small pond that you can swim in if you climb the rocks at the bottom. For most of the picturesque waterfalls and grander swimming spots it requires a bit of a hike up the adjoining path up the mountain. After about an hour our climbing you get to the main waterfall.
  • Not so huge as his brothers Na Mueang 1-2, but not so crowded and much calmer. Worths a visit.
  • It's a pretty long walk over wet stones, make sure you have proper shoes and some water with you when you start ascending to the waterfall
