  • We saw the bay when we were on a boat trip, and were taken back by how beautiful it was. We could see why they filmed "The Beach" there.
  • All heard stories about Maya Bay where the movie with Leonardo di Caprio was included. We came not on a cloudy, rainy day here. The first impression was OK, very busy (but yes, that you can expect of course) and messy beach. Not exactly a bounty beach. Very nice nature and there are signs everywhere with information about the plants/trees. If you will go through then you come at some sort of bridge and you have a nice view.
