  • We are with the bicycle from Hua Hin to this market toegefietst. Upon entry we were surprised at the entrance money because the Thai people were allowed to walk in and we were allowed to pay 200 baht each! We were really the only tourists. We went over decking along small cottages that were full with many of the same, t-shirts and set around a dirty ponds where wrecks of boats inliggen. The decking were old and worn out and all volgespijkerd with new boards. Note for the nails. This stood for half the houses empty and saw everything there really indescribable neglected! The one that still "where" there were sold a bit distraught or disinterested in, anyone with a mobile phone in their hand! They had nothing and nothing to do! We bought nothing and the busloads were full of advanced young, who were only what to strolling and bought nothing! We have a delicious Cup of coffee at the only coffee shop that was there and are scared but they ended again. This is really a disastrous place where you really no one would also send certainly not with children, then there are really nicer places to visit!

  • We made the trip by scooter and stopped in on the way back from Mong Kol Wat. We stayed maybe 5 minutes. 200 baht to get in, so my wife had a quick look before we committed and declared it wasn't wort...  more »

  • Boring, run down. Don't waste your time to come here. I don't mind paying because I am a farang, I mind paying when there is nothing to see or do.
  • Actualmy the place could be very nice and fun, there is one problem, if you r foreigner in pay a fee of 200bhats which is making less and less customers every day, most of the shops r closing or closed or moved somewhere else. Looks like the company which owns this should learn to threat people equally
  • Clothes and food on sale can be found elsewhere. Stalls are arranged around a pond, so not really a floating market. Foreigners are charged 200 Baht to get in which allows them to spend more inside. I understand an entrance fee for national parks but not commercial enterprises.
  • Wondering how it will survive. If one doesn't use Google Maps, it is difficult to locate. No signage on major roads to give directions to visitors. Hardly any people on weekdays.
  • I think it's pretty boring. The boat ride was so so soooooooooooo boring, jesusssssssssss. But if you do go there try eating, I say the food are rather tasty.
