  • It's a clock on a roundabout, thats nicely designed. That's about it. Do not mistake it for something you have to visit for a day. Its on a roundabout. You should definitely check it out for a cool ph...  more »

  • This is a tower in the middle of a roundabout. At night there is a light show but overall nothing to write home about.

  • Design by famous Thai artist 'Chalermchai Kositpipat' who also design 'Wat Rongkhun' (The white temple). The tower is elegant and worth a visit. At night the tower will be illuminated. Colors will change every hour (or may be 2, not sure).
  • You can't really avoid it if you're in Chiang Rai as it's right in the centre. Not sure if they do it every night or every week but on Saturday evening it was lit up with colours and music playing. It's pretty spectacular and a good landmark but not worth going out of your way to see
  • It's a Golden Clock that three times a day becomes colourfull, lighted by changing light and during the changing a music it's played all around. A show a little bit kitsch. It looks like a giant Chinese Toy...
  • Nightly shows at 7, 8 & 9pm. The shows aren't spectacular, but the clock tower is impressive in its own right and especially at sunset. There's also some great dining nearby where you can eat & watch.
  • Very fun to just stumble upon. Very beautiful in an otherwise mostly average city.
