  • I was walking and looking at the Sunday market when between or on the grounds of the temple. See this in a lot of people, was out of the shop. Temple of the night is very clean. Ago exploring pretty much asleep will take a NAP hotel in, panicked, turned, but too little food stalls was coming to an end. Hey people many, too round! and look around the takeaway food and went back.

  • This is one of my favorite low key temples. It has a sacred tree and is laid back in a friendly quiet neighborhood close to Chiang Mai gate. There is a small place to get a massage. They do excellent ...  more »

  • Serene and no entrance fees. Cheap and delicious food inside
  • A very beautiful wat on a big, quiet property with a large gold chedi. A nice place to walk through if you're in the area, but be warned that when the old monk back by the gong insists that you hit the gong and that he give you a bracelet, he will also insist you give him 20 baht afterwards. Apparently this is a common "scam" for tourists, though if 20 baht is a big deal to you (about $.60 usd) then maybe rethink your trip. Really a cool experience, and scam or no, I've worn my little red bracelet for a month now.
  • A golden temple shining in the daytime. There is a flea market on Friday, can buy souvenirs and some local food stalls as well.
  • Small and peaceful temple. Front side you can get the B1 bus to zoo or railway station
  • It's a really beautiful place and it's right beside the Sunday night market too!
