  • Nice burmese style temple. Small snack shop at the entrance sells packaged laphet to make at home and other goodies.
  • To the North of the city and some remote, this peaceful Temple has nothing to envy to others located more to the Center and with a little more than I hustle by the crowd that accumulates in them. It is a quiet place which differs in several respects from the other temples. You can take a good walk to contemplate the various architectural elements of Burmese character, together with their colors porcelain decorative components. An unusual chedi will surprise us: it is a stupa in which each floor has form of watermelon. It seems that this fruit is the name of the temple. The series of five declining areas which comprise the body of the pagoda represents the five Buddhas of the present time.
