  • This course was really a fantastic experience. Gift our teacher gave us a very comprehensive tuition about how to cook main Thai dishes such as Tom Yum soup, Curries, Pad Thai and banana coconut desert. The course included a very interesting tour of all ingredients used for cooking the dishes, most of them found locally at the farm or at the local market. Finally we ended up enjoying the delicious food we had prepared amongst a group of friendly participants. Highly recommended!
  • My sister and I recently visited the Thai farm cooking school in Chiang Mai. I am so glad we decided to go, it was a memory we will never forget ! Kim was such an awesome Guide and assistant she was very thorough with helpingand showing us which each ingredient is on the farm and also explaining the benefits each ingredient has on your body We got to make five meals just like it says, we got the recipe cookbook just like it says even got more recipes then won't be cooked so that was a bonus. The place is very nice very clean all the helpers are extremely friendly and outgoing. If you visit Chiang Mai and have extra time you absolutely should do this. And see if you can get Kim as your guide because she was absolutely fantastic !! I would give Ten Stars if possible !!
  • A highlight of our trip. The farm was beautiful and the whole day was really interesting and interactive. Wass, our host was lovely and really friendly and encouraged you to ask as many questions as you wanted. The trip to the local market and round the farm was a brilliant start, fully understanding all the ingredients before learning to cook with them. The cookbook you receive at the end of the day is full of recipes and a brilliant souvenir. Go hungry, they definitely want you to enjoy as much food as possible!
  • We had a fabulous time learning about Thai ingredients and cooking Thai food. The tours of the market and farm were great learning experiences and the food we made was delicious! Kim was a great instructor with a clever sense of humor that made the class even more enjoyable!
  • A must do if you are in Chiang Mai. We had a great time with Fah, she is very patient and has a great sense of humour. Very important too, she is a great cook and will teach you in a very understandable and simple way how to cook authentic Thai food. I swear, some of the best Thai food Ive eaten so far. On top of that, you get to visit a local market with an explanation of the different ingredients that you will be using for the class. The cherry on top is the incredible setting in the middle of a green organic farm and the little tour where you get to taste and smell the aromatic herbs. Fah, thank you so much for such a great experience.
