  • This market is just up the road from Wat Suan Dok next to the canal. The early mornings are interesting when a lot of monks pass the market to receive food in return for blessings. The market is small...  more »
  • Must visit the market at all times, to Chiang Mai. Time to think of eating not only to buy sticky rice, fried pork intended eating during the trip. Prior to return, you will find souvenirs like pamu khae. Green chili dip, etc, always.

  • Here tourists are for local market is less. Fewer people went on Sunday afternoon. Size is small but cheap. Tasting at can interact in Thailand will be most is fun. Candy, fruit, food, t-shirts and Nice. I think when you have a little time so you can go if you have 1 hour to go and have fun.

  • Small little day market, offers mostly food (fruit, fresh meat and cooked local food), recommend for people who stay around, not worth coming a long way as it doesn't offer variety. On the main road of the market there is also a good local coffee shop.
  • Beautiful night market. ... you can visit it at night but be careful, don't get lost there 😂😂
  • I went there yesterday afternoon, around 4:30pm. mango price THB70/kg, strawberry price THB100 for a small box (guess 200 to 300g), papaya THB60/kg, you can buy vegetables, fruits, meat and fish there. local people told me the market open at 10am. it takes me 20 minutes to walk there from Nimmanhaemin Road Soi 9. no pedestrian crossing and almost no sidewalk. :( didn't find a place to park a car.
  • Awesome local market where the food is fresh... If you're needing to buy anything in Chiang Mai I reccomend the markets as they're really authentic and the local vendors always want to help..
  • Great spot! found tone of good food, Fried banana's :) got some free food for buying a couple things.
