  • The 9 to 11am is a great conditioning class. 4 to 6pm is more sparring and clinching training with bigger groups. Usually 3 or 4 highly seasoned fighters/trainers teach first timmers to pro in separate groups. Friendly gym. Everyone gets a lot of one on one pad work and training that will push your limits and shape you up. They are a tradition thai fighting family that welcomes you in. Get there a few minutes early for walk in. (No appointment needed) Access from alley north of night bazaar place hotel. Walk underground parking and then up to second floor of hotel to Gym. Great experience i will do again. Many thanks!
  • Excellent trainer Kru Hua!!! He has over 500 fights in 15 years. His son is 12 and has had 85 fights already. But what made me stay longer was the way he teaches and how he explains things. I had done private sessions with other people in other gyms but nobody bothered to correct me on my absolute basics. Hua broke it down to all the real basics and corrected my form. In 1 session with him I progressed more than I did in 2/3 sessions with other people. He uses different techniques and does not allow you to move on if you're not on point. A part from a great trainer he welcomes all his students as family. Often e offered us food, fruit shakes and we even got to celebrate his birthday with him and his family. Honestly the best school I have trained at so far. A lot of the guys I met at the school come and stay for months, and come to Sit Thaharnaek year after year! I enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back.
  • They were so welcoming to newcomers - we got some one on one training and were worked hard! They were really friendly too!
  • I spent a week training at Sit Thaharnaek Muay Thai Gym and I have no hesitation recommending them. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and pushed me hard while making sure I enjoyed my time there. They gave me an excellent introduction to Muay Thai as it was my first time. They also cater to the long-term professional fighters as the trainers are past champions in their own right. You are sure to get a great workout at Sit Thaharnaek Muay Thai Gym and I thank all the great people there for my great experience.
