  • the other leg of our day tour on the road by scooter. This is a very large park, which you can visit on foot, by bike (you rent on site) or with buses running in the path inside the Park and you can get to stops reported. the Park is divided by topic area, area of orchids, butterflies, cacti, etc until you reach The royal palace. The visit takes 3-4 hours without even realizing it! Looking up towards the Royal Palace was seen on a hill a standing Buddha (Wat Phra That Doi Kham-the Temple of the Golden mountains) which you can easily reach as next step with your own transportation.

  • This a almost a botanical garden with a special area for orchids and one for butterflies. Two dozen gardens that represent other countries. Great variety. The garden is big, but easily doable on foot. But for those that think otherwise there is a tram and you can hire good old segways. Definitely worth a visit and the entrance fee.
  • Few of the most memorable features of this place are the Orchid Garden and Thai Money Museum. 🌻 🌼😊🌻 🌼 I wonder how they maintain such a huge place so well! One might need a whole day (or a few days) to fully experience this place!
  • You can literally get lost in this garden! We spent here a whole day including lunch. Check out the butterfly garden and the bonsai part. Most importantly you HAVE TO see the orchid garden which makes an incredibly good impression! Next to it is one glassroom where you can stay for the aromatherapy ;) this is how well the flowers smell there ;) really good for a lazy and full of relax day :)
  • Many beautiful flower n different countries cultural house are here.. It's beautiful and nice! Recommended place if you went to Chiang Mai
  • Visited a tribute ceremony to King Rama IX with family. The relatively small part of the park I did see was absolutely stunning, well maintained with plenty of beautiful flowers and greenery. The park was a wonderful accompaniment to the ceremony, highlighting and celebrating the philanthropy work of the late King.
