  • We spent 7 hours and left only due to closing hours and tiredness. Wish we could walk more and more. Money was not an issue for a kings park for sure. Fountains and flowers - wonderful scenery of an E...  more »
  • All the time I spent in Chiang Mai, I was not aware, and what a pity! Only a few kilometers from downtown busy and a little noisy, this beautiful park is simply a beneficent green lung. The orchids were all in bloom and arriving early is far from the Chinese hordes who are sometimes a bit heavy. The little train that allows in a first time to visit the park without effort is a very good idea, especially when take you people who have more than 20 years... In short, very affordable (200bth) and refreshing.

  • It's a must see, they do a great of maintaining it. Make sure to get off at the stops and walk around else you will miss out!
  • I came here in 2012 during the actual horticulture exposition. Came back in 2014 and some of the world pavilion is unmaintained but still worth a visit. Best time to visit is December to February as they usually prettify the whole place for the flower festival. Worth checking out is the orchid pavilion and the cactus domes.
  • Large floral park. (5* in winter 3* in summer.) To visit in winter when there are many flowers. In summer you will be disappointed because gardeners are only beginning to recover from new flowers. The visit takes 2 to 3 hours. There are shuttle buses in the park and the possibility to rent golf carts.
  • The park is clean & well maintened. The royal pavilion is its main attraction, very nice. Orchid pavilion is very simple, don't have many blooming orchids. Entrance ticket & tram ticket price is quite cheap & reasonable
  • I didn't have a lot of time here, but the time I spent was surrounded by beauty and it was delightful and peaceful to be there. And it's a great deal for B100.
