  • We usually eat at The Duke's at least once whenever we visit Chiang Mai. Though this was the first time I visited their Promenada branch. The choices on their menu is quite extensive, burgers, pizzas, steak, ribs, cakes, etc. I have tried their burgers and absolutely love them. But my all time favorite is The Duke's Ribs: wood oven roasted, melt in your mouth, delicious ribs! The half-rack is just about enough for me, so imagine trying to finish the full-rack! Definitely worth visiting if you're in Chiang Mai. They have several branches too, so they're easy to get to. Personally, I like the branch at the nigh market, which I think has a much better ambience. Otherwise the food is great no matter which branch you visit.
  • Good big servings. Western food, American style mostly. Pizzas are good and so are the sandwiches. They're better known for their steaks and ribs. The desserts are huge servings as well, I have not really been able to finish one by myself. Usually had to split it with someone in the group. Great for group lunches and dinners. Fresh orchids adorn most cold drink orders.
  • I really wanna give 4 stars for the food, but the service wasn't that good. This is my first time that I've got ignored by staff in Thai restaurant. Most of the restaurants in Thailand are really good hospitality. They always say hi and thank you every time even you enter and leave. But this time they just looked, stared and ignored me. I don't wanna to much about this, but in my opinion i think your staff should have trained about manner of services.
  • Not many options for vegetarians and nearly impossible for vegans to eat here. Expensive, but HUGE portions. So, don't feel that you have to order more than one thing to get full. Friendly staff.
  • Best pizza I ever had, I like it so much. Apple pie is also very good. Not expensive, good taste, big amount, nice choice if u want to have a big meal. Every time, I treated my friends here, every one satisfied very much. So when I am not sure where to have a meal, I choose here.
