  • Not so long ago, this use to be the best place to go shopping in Chiang Mai. Now, with the opening of new and better shopping centres nearby, namely Miya and Central Festival, which are the places to ...  more »
more »
  • Compared to the MAYA, is a very local shopping center. Many mobile phone shop is there, but visitors are few. There are food stalls ago. Many of local food in the food court.

  • Slightly seedy-feeling mall... Dim lighting, decor from the 80s, lots of closed off areas giving it a kind of surreal flavour. Lots of shops though, including a Tops supermarket in the basement and two food halls, plus a cinema on the top floor.
  • It’s massive and confusing to get around. About a third of the shop space is vacant and there never seems to be many people there. But there’s something charming about the place. Strong Gym on the third floor is dirt cheap. There are Playstations and other games consoles that you can play for a few pennies. Some kids go there to study, others do dance classes in the empty hallways.
  • A nice break from the standard "I could be anywhere in the world" type of mall. Most malls are very westernised, this place is old and tired looking, but has character. Decent tech and phone shops (which I explored), lots of clothes shops (which I walked straight past, I'm not a clothes shopper), a grocery store (bought some cheap snacks) and a food court. Tip for the food court, if you've never experienced this before in Thai malls... The outlets in the food court don't accept cash, there is a small stall where you buy coupons. You buy basically any value in 5 baht increments. Any unused coupons can be refunded. Tip if you're riding a scooter, parking is 5 baht for 4 hours.
  • 2016 update, One of the older shopping centres in Chiang Mai. You get different shops in here to the other big shopping centres.. This means a different choice of goods which I like. Parking is easy in the underground car park. I also like the gym in this shopping centre. I like going in here like I say for the different shops and its nice and relaxed inside. 2015 Nice shopping centre with some handy shops. I went in for the DTAC shop, helpful staff there. Sometimes there are music events there.
  • Mall that has many things you would want. Groceries, a decent food court, specialty stores and even a fitness center with a pool. It seems in the evenings there's vendors out on the North side and you can grab some tasty food.
