Chiang Mai Night Safari, Chiang Mai

2.0
#4 of 7 in Zoos & Aquariums in Chiang Mai Province
Catch a glimpse into the nocturnal lives of various animals at Chiang Mai Night Safari. You'll board an open-sided safari bus to tour the two zones in the park. In the first zone you will see animals such as zebras, and red kangaroos, while inquisitive giraffes poke their heads into the bus and may feed straight from your hand. In the second zone, various predators prowl, from lions and tigers to black bears and crocodiles. While waiting for the tour to start, cabaret dancers will keep you entertained. (And, despite the name, the zoo is also open during the day). Make Chiang Mai Night Safari part of your personalized Chiang Mai itinerary using our Chiang Mai online driving holiday planner .

  • Interesting for families with children. Food corner is too small and inconvenience to buy cash card at another zone. (Grilled squid need to cook more for well done). Booths for animal food are closed ...  more »
  • It is important to note that there is a herbivore and carnivore safari train at the night safari. These are the two most important attractions out of all the ones there.  more »
  • It was far worse tour of Thailand. To begin with it is not a safari, is a visit to a zoo where the animals walk in a slightly larger cages and take you to see them in a transport truck. The cages do not seem to be, some in the best conditions. The visit consists of four parts: the first take you to a show of predators, there are animals in a kind of giant with lights glass fish tank and long sound and they appear a one and perform the trick with which they were trained. The second part is a show of tigers and Lions. Q do their stunts which old circus. The third part is again a visit but the herbivorous animals with the same methodology q the former. Safari has nothing and makes you doubt the status of the animals. Excursion you sold evil and never explain this time what you're going to go see. My recommendation is to not spend the silver. The only good thing that took was the guide who touched us putting all the wave
