Phuket Crocodile World, Chalong

(1.4/5 based on 65+ reviews on the web)
Take a picture sitting on the back of a reptile and watch trainers stick their heads into a predator's jaws at Phuket Crocodile World. One of Thailand's largest crocodile farms, this attraction features a glass museum with mummified gators allegedly dating from ancient Egypt, a performance arena, and a swimming pool with live Siamese crocodiles. Stand on a hanging bridge over the pool and feed crocodiles with chicken meat attached to a fishing rod. If you wish to pet baby gators, remember that even young ones have sharp claws and strong tails wagging about. The gift shop sells all kinds of products made of crocodile leather. • Paid 400 baht per person, then Russian guide grudgingly told us a lecture and showed a mini nursery. Then "show" with crocodiles for 10 minutes. The horror! Then lecture on skin and leather products shop! Awful! Do not go!

  • Came to show children the crocodiles. The presentation lasted for about 20 minutes. All the usual, who once visited such views with these ancient animals. Children liked it. Photo turned out good. Ate Shish kebab from a crocodile. Funny. Like a chicken. A trip worth it.

  • In Pattaya this show much more interesting, and here 10 minutes! nonsense, quite interesting and not very briefly

  • It was really, really bad. You mainly only come there to hold a crocodile baby in your hands and some crocodile products (where it seems they poured a LOT more money in to.) The show has some crocodiles sitting in a pond miserable out of their minds and 2 guys just annoying them. You don't get to interact with the crocs besides holding a baby croc. That's it. Don't come here if you look for a enjoyable experience. I want my baht back please, and my 20 minutes back.
  • What a load of S#!T. This place should not be called Crocodile world. It should be something like crocodile goods for sale! 400Baht pp entrance, for what, a crocodile show no better than the local zoo, a few Crocs in a pond.... that's it. Useless frigging staff as well. Even though the Zoo is not up to scratch, rather go there and support them 10 times better value. Even the Bird park across the road is better value. The toilet facilities were atrocious, the ladies toilet was closed and the men's toilets were full of crap.
  • Was included in the free tour. It would only show, and while its price 50 baht-put 4 *. So its price 400 baht (~ $ 12). But after the usual show telling what good crocodile farm, and led him away into the Hall with consumer goods. Things horror and expensive. For example, the watchband 1000 baht.

  • First: you spend 400 baht entrance, secondly: Shaw looks very pathetic. Thirdly: the Museum exhibits three crocodiles and anyway, here it is not worth to go in General, crocodiles as if in a trance, or sleep, or lie just. And feelings that appear when these crocodiles pull on stage for tails, DISGUSTED. In-store prices are high, and all convenient. If you don't want to get negative emotions.

  • Brought me with a group of crocodiles on the show as part of a sightseeing tour. At the entrance to the show, I was asked to be photographed with a live crocodile, mouth which was zamotana SCOTCH! The show itself lasted 20 minutes, crocodiles was very pathetic. After the group led to the presentation of the products of this company, where we were told what their quality and useful products, then was taken in the store itself. So the main goal-to earn on sales in the store, and crocodiles-it's only the bait
