  • I have been doing yoga on a regular basis, and I found this in the Thailand looking for a class to attend during my trip. How to make a reservation on the web, the flow is like waiting from the studio to register the effect that you want to participate in the Web. However, because I decided to go to the studio about an hour before the day, I confirmed that it was possible to participate by telephone, and it was said that please come as it is. I think that I can receive it even if I visit the studio as it is without a reservation. Ten minutes before the start, at least I was told by the phone to be in the studio. • The cost drop-in is 600 baht per person and includes a yoga mat fee and 1 towel during this cost. Water is not included, so you need to be prepared. You can pay by credit card. Location was very close to the hotel. I think that I can find the studio easily because it is not in the place where I entered the alley from the main street in particular. The studio itself was on the fourth floor, so it's safe to check in Google maps in advance. When I went to Bangkok, I was so happy that I wanted to visit this yoga studio. The flow class has been a prerequisite to having yoga experience for at least three months, and the actual class has done quite a bit of arm balance and vinyasa.

  • I've been practicing yoga for a long time and had a wonderful hour at yoga elements. Great atmosphere and the teacher was great. Yoga mat and towel are provided, showers, locker room and locker, drinking water, everything there. Recommended.

  • I attended as a walk in guest. Attended the session Flow. It's an intermediate level where they were doing crow, headstand, scorpion etc etc. I'm surprised that was no options for people like me who are not at that level yet. I had to stand around and wait until the rest are done with that post. So daunting. In my usual yoga class back home, options are always given. If you couldn't do the advance pose, there's the easier option of level 1 or level 2. etc. For TBH600 for 1 session, I got a towel and mat (mat smelled a bit). Studio is very nice and clean though.
  • I'm a frequent visitor to Bangkok and everytime I make sure i book a hotel close or around yoga elements studio becouse they have amazing teachers different types of yoga levels to give u a chance whether u are a beginner or intermediate I have attended all clases taught by all the teachers in the studio and all I can say is blissful. Location is nice some studio have views of the city. They offer mats, block, blankets and straps. Lockers available to put your belongings and its soo safe if u love your yoga like me definitely a place to visit
  • Easily the best yoga in Bangkok. Knowledgeable teachers and a nice community.
  • i visited Bangkok and had chance to pratice yoga at Yoga Element Studio with Mr Poy. He teach with good attention to students, he walk around the class to adjust the alingment and teach us from ground basic to be able to reach to the peak pose of his theme. His class is slow vinyasa flow to give us the time to adjust our posture alingment in the way that it should be. I feel safe and secure during the class.
  • I wanted to try Yin Yoga and took a drop-in session at Yoga Elements once visiting Bangkok. I enjoyed the class and found the teacher (Ms. Fook) very professional. During the session she was checking everyone and correcting students' postures. Her explanations were clear and helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. Location is great and accessible by public transportation. I defiantly recommend it.
