  • Outta cart station and traveled from SIAM to quietly away from the station. The taxi is recommended. I walked. (20-30 minutes) it was worth going. I have photos all UP on the blog, so please refer to. If you look at the real thing, I was impressed more. Return man (guards) at the entrance to speak Japan and fantastic.

  • Wat Paknam is absolutely worth seeing. Much better than the tourist Wat Pho and also proud as the comparable to Wat Saket Golden mount. With BTS to the stop Wuthakat – bang WA line. Short taxi ride. Proud huge temple with views of Bangkok. Via the Khlong to the WAT Khun Chan. Great temple with lots of atmosphere. Of course, admission free.

  • A bit away from the center of Bangkok, a place of peace and hospitality. Great Temple, great stupa and a museum collection of ancient and recent Buddhas. Meditation and peace in this great teaching Center.
