  • Went yesterday with my wife and son. Its quite overpriced. 600 Baht per adult or child for complete day. And there's no other ticket option. It is a small place, one cannot spend a day there. They must offer some other ticket options. The snow play area was nice but pathetic was the fact that you have to pay again for the plastic sledge slides/gloves rentals even after paying 600 B addmission fee per person. They said that it'll snow at 6pm but it was just for couple of minutes so was not worth it. The hot spring was not working as well. Arcade games were ok. To sum up, I recommend going there only if you think that your kids haven't ever got a chance or will not get a chance in their whole life to play in the snow. Instead spend your money on some good shopping or go to a water park.
  • Good for children. But the quality of snow is not so good. Very hard, so might be harmful to them.
  • Much smaller than it looked from the web site. We did not stay long cos my kid got bored fast. It is not really snow. More of ice n rather hard bIg chunks of ice.
  • Worth a visit for child and family. Free hot coffee and recreational facilities available inside. Close to BTS.
  • Visited November 2016 with our 4 year old and 2 year old. Positive experience. Read that others paid 80 BT per adult. Not the case. Cost is around 230 BT per adult and 200 BT per child. Cost included boot rental/ use. They are lacking in small enough sizes for kids 2-4. For a family of four, it was just over 900 BT. Definitely for the kids, more than adults, though fun can be had by all. Employees were helpful when they showed up where they were supposed to be working. The place was in need of some TLC. Lots to do: kids play area (ball pit, slides, etc.), arcade style games, dress-up area to take pictures, painting and crafts station, and what looked to be one of those fish spa places. However, most were closed, inclusive of the main restaurant. Fish spa was closed; arts and crafts area was devoid of anyone to help; kids play area was open but had no employee present. Snow area was well attended with employees and the kids had lots of fun. However, you have to rent a toboggan (100bt) in order to use the 20 foot hill. You can also rent gloves and snow gear for an additional cost (50-100 BT per item). We played in the kids play area for an hour without any employee showing up or peeking their head in. Getting food was easy, once we were able to flag down someone who could help us. November must be a slow month. All in all, the pictures present a much more "magical" experience than is actually had. Expect your kids to have a great time, and for you (as an adult) to be slightly underwhelmed by the service and experience.
